Our Mission

Inspired Action Initiative is a woman-owned organization dedicated to promoting holistic mindfulness and meditation programs through collaborating with local organizations, and creating opportunities for individuals who might otherwise lack access to our transformative programs while partnering with others to help uplift our entire community.

Meet Our Founders

Melinda and Crystal are lifelong friends, each honing their unique skills individually, partnering to create Inspired Vibes, after realizing how much holistic and mindfulness practices improved their lives. They began hosting mindfulness workshops in their studio and eventually created the "Inspired Action Initiative", to offer these programs for free throughout the community to those in need.
